Nov. 29, 2011 – In a ribbon cutting and open house ceremony to celebrate their move to 1701 S. Union, Des Moines Downtown Chamber Member, Creme Cupcake charmed us all with their sweet treats.  Creme Cupcake owner, Christina Moffatt, also serves as President of the Des Moines Downtown Chamber.  Just before the ribbon cut, Des Moines Downtown Chamber Vice President, Tony Timm, commented on Christina’s quick business growth and success in simply this year alone.
